Return & Refund Policy

Section 1: ORDER RETURN.

1.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the store directly.
1.2 Per Massachusetts law we are unable to make a return on any alcoholic items once it leaves our possession. However if it is a quality issue with the item please contact the store directly to rectify the issue. Please keep the receipt.


Section 2: ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS.

2.1 If an order needs to be canceled, please call the store directly. You can find the number on our website at the bottom of the page.

2.2 If an item is not picked up within 7 days of order we reserve the right to return said item if it is of limited nature and you can be charged up to a 25% restocking fee.

2.3 Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee. No refunds or returns will be issued for orders that were delivered and signed for.
